1 walk.
4 hours of (steamy hot) Bikram yoga.
48 miles indoor biking.
9 strength workouts.
And one hurt shoulder from pulling down a heavy crocheted blanket from the back of a couch.
Today the sun was shining. After church and a latte, I went to the park and ran a three-mile loop. It was 37 degrees and little wind. Shorts was the way to go. This first run averaged 10:37/mile pace. It felt just fine.
